She talked to me literally anytime of way and I asked her before leaving if I needed to do nothing and she told “you can leave” with an attitude. The billing department has no clue what they are doing. My co pay is $30 and they are still trying to charge me $60 and charging my cc even when I had a credit on file for $60. For my daughter same insurance same copay of $30 and they are charging her $100. They haven’t got a clue.
